OEE Machine Status
OEE Machine Status is a system for automatic and online OEE calculations developed by Kongsberg Automation (part of Konecranes). Data is collected automatically via the equipment control unit, digital modules (hardware included in the Machine Status) or a barcode reader. The data is stored, processed and visually shown real-time on screen. All data is stored in a database, and historical data is always available.

What is OEE?
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a measure comparing how well manufacturing equipment is running compared to the ideal plant.
OEE is calculated my multiplying three independently measured values: Availability, Performance Rate and Quality Rate. You can measure the whole plant, one production line or an individual machine.
