Ship-to-Shore Gantry Cranes

Konecranes has nearly 40 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and delivery of Ship-to-Shore Container Cranes - even with the most demanding customer requirements. We have always been known for excellent crane design, in-house manufactured key components, high quality manufacturing and committed customer care. Our cranes are an essential part of our customers' operations in different parts of the world.

Konecranes is a technology forerunner in crane applications. The new improved version of the Ship-to-Shore Crane, the BoxHunter, is no exception. Superior performance is ensured with the latest technology and a new innovative design. The handling equipment comes complete with Konecranes' AC drives, Active Anti Sway Control and Horizontal Fine Positioning Systems.

Together, these features will have a productivity boosting effect for the customer. Compared to existing cranes, the new design improves the crane operator's control over the positioning of the spreader and container on the chassis, in the cell or on the deck. Dwell times will also decrease substantially.
