I joined Konecranes as a training manager in 2008, after which I have also become responsible for the modernization business, technical support, and other duties. Right now I’m a team leader for modernization, technical support and other engineers, and have also been assigned to start up remote service in India, both technically and commercially. It provides me with lots of satisfaction to work for such a charged and motivated team. I am honored.
Konecranes is a valued partner to its customers. Our customers’ problems are our problems. We profess this attitude in our actions and build trust in our customers accordingly. My team’s role in this is manifold. For example, we identify the right modernization solutions for our customers, recommend solutions to bottlenecks in customer processes, assist customers to achieve and enhance safety standards, among many of other things. We succeed when our customers succeed.
